Kindergarten Land Art

Land Art is art created in nature using natural materials.  The children were shown a few examples, and then went out and gave it a try.  They had a lot of fun, and were very proud of what they created.

Grade 1/2 and K/1 Ocean project beginnings

To begin our Ocean project, we walked down to the beach and gave students the opportunity to explore, sketch, or document anything they found interesting about the beach.  The children's ideas and sketches will be later used to help develop some of our I wonder ..........statements.
